Masterwork decoys

Mass Audubon’s Visual Arts Center through Jan. 25 features an exhibit of bird decoys by master carver A. Elmer Crowell (1862-1952) of East Harwich, whose work is admired (and highly valued) by collectors for its detail, brushwork, and form. Among pieces in the show are a miniature hummingbird, one inch in length, and a life-sized Canada goose.

Tuesday-Sunday 1-5 p.m., $4 adults, $3 children and seniors. Mass Audubon Visual Arts Center, Mildred Morse Allen Wildlife Sanctuary, 963 Washington St., Canton, 781-821-8853, www.massaudubon.org.
