Here’s a sweet deal combining lodging at the Adair Country Inn & Restaurant with a Saturday maple-education program at the neighboring Rocks Estate. The March Maple Madness package, available the weekends of March 15, 22, and 29, includes two nights’ lodging, afternoon tea with sweets, daily breakfast, and a three-course dinner one night, as well as a horse-drawn wagon tour and the opportunity to tap a maple tree and bring home a sample of maple syrup. Rates are $499 standard room, $589 fireplace room, $699 deluxe fireplace room, $789 suite, including tax and gratuities.
