8 carrots, peeled
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
8 teaspoons maple sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap carrots, maple syrup, orange juice, and maple sugar in aluminum foil, creating a tight seal; place in the oven for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Serves 8.
