The featured band at the the 7th Annual Pipes in the Valley festival in Hartford on Sept. 27 is the tartan-wearing Celtic-rock band, the Red Hot Chili Pipers. The festival also features a full day and night of food, beer, and festivities. Sponsored by East Hartford's Olde Burnside Brewing Company, the entire event is free.
