Pumpkins will be on hand at Harvestfest, a three-day festival Oct. 17-19 in York Village and York Beach, Maine. The festival, which celebrates the area's Colonial heritage, is full of free activities, entertainment, and old-fashioned fun. Learn to make cider with an old press, see Colonial reenactments in costume, and tour the old jail. There will be puppeteers, magicians, and a Pumpkin Stroll on the beach.
