At the Fall Foliage Festival parade in Warner, N.H., on Oct. 11-12, free activities will include a juried craft fair at Town Hall, a country bazaar, live music, a road race, and a farmer's market filled with local organic produce, cider, homemade doughnuts, fudge, wool products, and other handmade goods.
