Talking Turkey
A casual eatery by day, Cafe Mangal turns into a sophisticated dining spot by night, complete with white tablecloths and attentive waiters. Originally from Turkey, the Ozargun family opened up shop in 2000, and son Mehmet, the chef, churns out predominantly Mediterranean fare with a heavy Turkish influence. Chicken Dardanelle and Turkish Yogurtlu Kebap (lamb with a delicate yogurt sauce) are two of his most popular dishes. Lunch salads overflow with fresh ingredients, fruit, and homemade dressings. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday.
