The Mayflower II was built in England in the 1950's as a replica of the original Mayflower, which carried Pilgrims from England to the U.S. in 1620.

Built in Brixham, England in 1957, the Mayflower II sailed across across the Atlantic to Plymouth via Provincetown.

It took 55 days — just as long as the original journey.
