Interesting stuff: Leigh is a wandering minstrel and self-proclaimed "jack-ass" of all trades. In the last ten years she has worked - for at least a bit of time - as a hostess, a gallery manager, a freelance writer, a dog walker, a film producer, a personal assistant, an art teacher, a delivery driver, a parts inspector, a booker for music events, a shop girl, and a script reader, among other things. Friends will tell you she's been known to hop in the car with nothing but her dog (Monkey), a mixed CD, and a small amount of cash and drive 'til exhaustion sets in. She's traversed the country eight times, stepping foot in forty-six of our fifty states. She's lived in the desert, by the ocean, and in the city. Despite her wandering ways, she still thinks her birth state of Rhode Island is one of the best places to visit and live. Leigh resides in Providence and likes to spend her spare time talking to strangers, hiking, writing screenplays, making art, and working with inner-city kids.
