Directions: Newcastle is about 150 miles or about 3 hours from Boston. Take Interstate 95 north into Maine to exit 44, I-295. Take I-295 to exit 31, the intercoastal connector. Turn right on Route 196 , heading south. After 2 1/2 miles, take Route 1 north toward Bath. About 7 miles after the Wiscasset Bridge, turn right on River Road. The inn is 1 1/2 miles on the right.
