11. 9th hole at The Ridge Club in Sandwich Jane Blalock, winner of 26 LPGA Tour events and a Portsmouth, N.H., native, says a bunker protects this par 4 on the left side of the fairway, and when you get to the green it is long and narrow. The hole plays from 312 to 415 yards. Blalock says 'It challenges you to carry the bunker [down the left], but encourages you to take the safer shot to the right-center of the fairway.' Her recommendation: Play a slight draw off the tee, avoiding that bunker whatever you do.
