1. 17th hole at Rhode Island Country Club in Barrington, R.I. Brad Faxon of Barrington, R.I., loves playing golf in the state where he spent most of his childhood. This hole plays from 120 to 145 yards. Faxon says he has 'played anything from a wedge to a 5-iron. Once you get it on the green, the difficulty is not over because it's a two-tiered green.' His recommendation: 'Middle of the green always works on this hole.'
