Our take: It's true that the town of Sandwich breathed new life into the course after purchasing it in 2000. But this relatively inexpensive course also offers the self-proclaimed "best deal on Cape Cod": $29.95 per golfer on Wednesdays, and just $15 after 4 p.m.
