Shawnee Peak, ME - AAA Deal

Posted by Ethan Binns January 29, 2009 06:30 PM

Besides being up to the eyeballs in snow, Shawnee Peak in Maine is giving you another reason to head up that way for some turns on Sunday.

If you are a AAA member take advantage of this option on Sunday.

S.G. Tangent: Yes, I know it is Super Bowl Sunday – but really…the Cardinals and Steelers?!?! That is like a bad Sunday night match up in week 3 that you fall asleep on the couch during. Honestly, I feel that I am about as interested in the SB this year as I would be for the first Patriots preseason scrimmage.

Back to the Shawnee Peak Deal – they reported 18 inches of snow in the last 48 hours!

The Super Sunday AAA Deal: Simply show your Triple A card at the ticket window and save some coin. Doing this will get you a lift ticket for just $35/adult and $29/junior (ages 6-12) or senior (ages 65+).

Not bad…

Also, everyone that routinely makes the drive north to the mountains should be a AAA member. The S.G. goes for AAA Plus, just in case...it gives you a lot more free towing mileage.

Ski Maine!
