Snow is falling and guns are blaring at New England ski areas today, which saw the official opening of Killington Mountain Resort, and will see the start of another ski season at Sunday River on Tuesday. It's even cold enough in Massachusetts that Wachusett has starting making snow. Following are some images from around the region as winter's re-birth makes its way to the area.
