Michelle Fleming, a talented yoga instructor trained in a variety of styles, founded The Sanctuary of Plymouth. Her passion for children inspired her studios unique class for teenagers with mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Flemings goal is to make yoga an experience for everyone. Located in downtown Plymouth, it is not uncommon for Fleming to move a class down to the beach if the weather is warm and students are interested. Perfect yoga on the beach!

Meet the yoga yogi
Karen McNamee has taught science in the Bahamas and sailing in the Caribbean. She has worked on a number of tall ships and holds a USCG Masters license. She's a community leader for lululemon athletica in Hingham. As a certified Kripalu instructor, she teaches at DragonFly Yoga Studio. She presently lives on the South Shore and loves to travel.
