Lucien, from Manchester, England, ate his own special version of the hot dog — which included Cheetos— in Raquel Maria Rodriguez's backyard on Cape Cod.
Rodriguez had visitors to her Cape home from all over the world. "We choose not to leave the Cape during the summer because it is the best time to be here and we are able to mentally travel through the act of hosting visitors."

About the judge

John Tlumacki has been a staff photographer at the Boston Globe since 1981. There's not much he hasn't seen, including covering three Winter Olympics, several Super Bowls, and the fall of the Berlin Wall, for which he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. When on assignment shooting icebergs in the North Atlantic, he had an opportunity to fly an Air Force C-135. He crashed in a hot-air balloon race that took off from Foxborough when the basket hit the top of a tall pine tree off Interstate 95. He also took the last known photo of fugitive Whitey Bulger wearing a white Red Sox baseball cap. John is a graduate of Boston University, magna cum laude from the College of Communication. He resides on the South Shore with his wife, Debra.
