After 47 years of exile from his native country, former Red Sox pitcher Luis Tiant returned to Cuba in 2007 to re-discover the home he barely knew. His journey was chronicled by Peter and Bobby Farrelly and director Jon Hock in the documentary "The Lost Son of Havana." Globe reporter Bob Hohler recently described "Lost Son" as "a story of love and death, hope and desperation, glory and despair, all seen through Tiant's crying eyes as he confronts his stolen past and enters the winter of his life."
