Travel tips
Bring flashlight, mosquito repellent, binoculars, and rainwear, in addition to tropical gear (sun tan lotion, hat, light cotton long pants, and shirts). The lodge provides rubber boots for excursions. December-March is the rainy season, but rain is possible year round. This area is at a very small risk for malaria, but discuss preventive measures with your doctor. Yellow fever vaccination is recommended for the rain forest.
