Children all over New England couldn’t wait for Legoland Discovery Center Boston in Somerville to throw open its doors on May 23. But adults without children were shut out, told they could only attend on special adults-only nights. Well tonight is the night for all those Lego-loving fans without kids.

Legoland is hosting its first “Adult Night” tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. These special adults-only events will take place the third Wednesday of every month and cost $22.50 (the price of an adult ticket). You must be 18 to attend.

Adults tonight are free to frolick in the 44,000-square-foot indoor attraction — which includes Lego building stations, rides, a factory tour, a 4D movie, the popular Miniland featuring Boston’s iconic structures, and more.
