It really rained and got very windy yesterday. That system had some fight, at one point while driving people were pulling over on the rode because you could not see anything or hear anything but sideways rain pounding your vehicle. I saw six inches of snow on the ground vanish in about two hours. Obviously not awesome for ski conditions across the North East, but it is early yet and it could always be worse. Think Snow!

It does appear as if there will be a snow event in New England on Sunday and a huge storm in the Tahoe region, and portions of the west early-middle of next week.

Surprise Sunday-Sunday nights might brighten skiers spirits with 3-6" across Adirondacks, Green and White Mountains
