1. Eligibility. The Boston.com Charleston, SC Flight Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor and any of their parents and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), regardless where they reside, and household members of each such employees are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins at 9:30 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 21, 2013 (the "Entry Period") and shall consist of three (3) weekly drawings as indicated in the chart below. One entry per person, per week. If an entrant submits more than one entry, the first entry received will stand as official entry for that week. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes a week ("Week") is defined as Friday beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET (except for week 1, which starts at 9:30 a.m. ET) and ending on Thursday11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter. During the Entry Period visit https://www.boston.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and follow the online instructions to complete an entry form (the “Entry”). All Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm ET on the day indicated in the chart above to be eligible for the drawing.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Released Parties (as defined in Section 8, below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Entries. Once submitted, all Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the Entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof that he/she is authorized account holder.
4. Potential Winners Selection. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on the dates indicated in the chart above to select one (1) potential weekly winner (“Potential Weekly Winner”) from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period up to the date of the drawing. By entering, you grant permission to be contacted by Sponsor via email or telephone in connection with the Sweepstakes. You must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A Potential Weekly Winner is not an official winner (“Official Winner”) until Potential Weekly Winner’s eligibility has been verified and Potential Weekly Winner has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. If Sweepstakes Site fails for any reason, any Entry received during that time will be deemed a defective Entry.
5. Verification of Potential Winners. Each Potential Weekly Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (unless prohibited) (collectively an "Affidavit"), which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the date of the notice. If a Potential Weekly Winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, or he/she refuses his/her prize for any reason, Potential Weekly Winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing.
6. Prize (3)/Odds. Each Official Winner will receive two (2) JetBlue Travel Certificates, each good for the base fare of a roundtrip JetBlue flight from Boston’s Logan International Airport to Charleston International Airport in Charleston, South Carolina. Each prize’s approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $598.00. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Limit: One (1) prize per person/household.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or JetBlue. You may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value of prize may vary. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Tickets must be taken on dates specified by Prize Provider or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Prize Provider reserves right to change dates. Travel must be completed as indicated below or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel, unless he/she is the child or legal ward of winner who will be required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Prize Provider. Travel is subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are solely the responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Restrictions:
JetBlue Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions
Each Travel Certificate is valid for a one-time use for travel booked and flown within the valid dates shown on the Travel Certificate. Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights. Blackout dates apply, and travel is capacity controlled. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Travel Certificates may be redeemed only in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. Travel Certificates are not valid for bookings on partner airlines or code share or interline flights. Travel certificates are also not valid for use in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages or Cruises. Each Travel Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Travel Certificates are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value. Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage. Passenger is solely responsible for all fees, taxes, surcharges, and service charges for all travel booked using a Travel Certificate. (Taxes and Fees may include, without limitation, Passenger Facility Charges up to $9.00 each way for domestic and international travel; September 11 Security Fees of $2.50 per enplanement at a U.S. airport, up to $5 each way; Federal Segment Taxes of $3.80 per domestic segment; U.S. Arrival/Departure Tax of $16.70 each way for Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands travel; and government taxes and fees up to $329.00 each way for international travel.) Passenger also is solely responsible for fees for oversized, overweight or extra baggage and fees for products/services sold separately, such as unaccompanied minor fees, Even More Space seats, pet fees, in-flight movies, pillows, etc. Passenger must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking. Travel Certificates may be redeemed only by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and providing the authorization number and PIN number included on the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters or online. The authorization number and PIN number cannot be replaced if lost or stolen (except as required by law), and JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates, authorization numbers or pin numbers. (Customers will not be able to redeem their Travel Certificate without both the authorization and pin number.) Change and cancellation restrictions and fees may apply. 8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, your acceptance of a prize in the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
9. Release. By receipt of any prize, you agree to indemnify Sponsor, JetBlue and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parents and affiliate companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims or causes of action of any kind (collectively “Losses”), that Released Parties may incur in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or from your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. No more than the stated number of prizes in these official rules will be awarded. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. WARNING: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limited Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related matter or materials; or (5) any injury or damage to you or to other persons or property which may be caused from your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your downloading of any materials related to this Sweepstakes and/or your receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason your Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes.
13. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Boston, Massachusetts. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Massachusetts and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Massachusetts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

15. Winner List.
