With Flash Flooding possible, don't drive into flooded roads! "Turn around, don't drown" is not just a catchy rhyme, it's lifesaving advice.— MEMA (@MassEMA) August 13, 2014
The warnings come as heavy rains move into the region, falling at rates as high as three inches per hour in some areas. Flooding has already started in some areas, leading to dangerous driving conditions and some incredible photos.
