The “Rocky Horror Show” will return to Cambridge for the next two weeks with a play produced by the MIT Musical Theatre Guild.

The musical is a tribute to B-movies, Glam rock and burlesque and will feature all of the famous songs in the cult classic film, the “Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

A weekly midnight showing of the film in Harvard Square stopped last year when the AMC Theater closed and has since relocated to the AMC Boston Common.

But the MIT Musical Theatre Guild is inviting fans of the midnight film showings to see their musical, wear costumes, shout their favorite lines and sing along with the cast.

The show will open Friday, Feb. 1, at 8 p.m. in La Sala de Puerto Rico, the second floor of the student center at 84 Massachusetts Ave., in Cambridge. Other showings will be held Feb. 2, and Feb. 7-9.

Tickets are $6 for MIT and Wellesley students, $10 for the MIT community, other students and senior citizens and $15 for the general public. Tickets are available at the MTG booth in the student center the week of the performances and online at ww.mit.edu/~mtg/TicketReservations.html.
