Most women (and some men) have, at one time in their lives, wanted to cut bangs. It's hard to curb the urge when such style icons as Audrey Hepburn, Jane Birkin and Claudia Schiffer have been sporting the fringed look for years. Have you ever taken the bangs plunge?
