1/2 cup roasted garlic cream (see recipe)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Set the oven at 400 degrees. Set the bread on a baking sheet, cut sides up. Spread the bread with garlic cream and sprinkle with cheese and basil. Toast the bread in the hot oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until the bread is crisp and golden brown. Slice it on a diagonal and serve at once.
