1/2 cup roasted garlic cream (see recipe)
1/4 pound smoked salmon, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until light. Add the garlic cream. When
it is blended, add the smoked salmon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer
to a bowl and serve with raw vegetables or crackers for dipping.
