Feb. 12: Erasing memories

The next Science on Screen at the Coolidge Corner Theatre will feature ‘‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,’’ a film about a couple who tries an experimental procedure to wipe out the memories of their relationship and painful breakup. Harvard psychology professor Daniel Schacter, an expert in the field of memory and amnesia, will be the guest speaker. At 7 p.m. at the theater, 290 Harvard St., Brookline. Regular admission $9.50.
