Lobón has been named chief of emergency medicine at The Cambridge Hospital campus of Cambridge Health Alliance. Lobón comes to CHA from Caritas Carney Hospital in Dorchester, where he was chief of emergency medicine. Lobón received his MD from the University of Cantabria Faculty of Medicine in Spain and performed his internship and residencies in emergency medicine in New York City at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center and Elmhurst Hospital Center.
