A specialist in internal medicine, Daley has deep roots in the Boston area. She trained at New England Medical Center and completed a fellowship in medicine at Harvard Medical School in 1987. She worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Brockton-West Roxbury Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital and is a graduate of Tufts School of Medicine. Partners Community HealthCare is the physicians group for doctors that work for Partners HealthCare. Daley will head medical affairs for the group, and will work to improve quality, safety and efficiency provided by the 4,900 Partners doctors. Posted by Gideon Gil at 02:34 PM

Partners Community HealthCare Inc. chose Dr. Jennifer Daley (left) as its new chief medical officer, filling a key position that has been vacant since February. Daley, 57, served most recently as chief medical officer for Tenet Healthcare, the large for-profit health system.
