Well hello, Stylephilers! Apologies for the abrupt break in my blog posts -- I just got back from a whirlwind trip to sassy San Fran. I ate my weight in delectable dragon rolls, sipped high-roller wines, and bought some kickin' Onitsuka Tiger sneakers (yellow with navy blue, to die for). Did you miss me, mes chéries? Sorry that my first post back is snarky, but I cannot stand idly by while usual-siren Claire Danes wears dowdy shirt dresses out on the town!
Perhaps this is her way of publicIy stating that she's about to be a serious stage actress. (Claire's debut Broadway role will be in "Pygmalian.") But there are ways to look sophisticated and sexy at the same time -- no long hemline or uneven, seemingly dip-dyed dress needed. Danes, get thee to the nearest designer boutique tout de suite! |
