The public is invited to attend the observance at the VA Medical Center, traditionally held outdoors. The Memorial Day Parade, which will include bands from Manchester's four middle schools and three high schools, will step off at 2pm from Webster and Elm streets. Ceremony at Veterans Park to follow. Manchester Mayor Robert Baines will be the guest speaker. The ceremonies will include two wreath-layings and the featured band will be from Manchester Memorial High School.
