Harvard College and Northeastern University

In the latest, Boston-area anti-Semitic incidents, a menorah in a Northeastern quad was vandalized and fliers bearing anti-Semitic and other offensive references were distributed in some Harvard College residences in late November.

Two Northeastern students confessed to damaging the decorative menorah and Harvard investigated the fliers on its campus, which advertised a fake social club that said Jews “need not apply.”

Administrators at both schools decried the incidents as acts of intolerance.
