Hampshire College
Amy Goodman, the host and executive producer of “Democracy Now!” will speak at Hampshire College’s commencement ceremonies on May 18.
Goodman was the first journalist to receive the Right to Livelihood award in 2008. She was also the first recipient of the Izzy Award for alternative media.
Hampshire’s commencement speaker is selected each year by the members of the graduating class.
The ceremony will occur at 11 a.m. on the Harold F. Johnson Library Lawn.
