Museum puts spotlight on Dallin's sculptures

His statues are familiar: The equestrian “Paul Revere” outside the Old North Church, the Native American with his arms reaching to the sky in front of the Museum of Fine Arts, and the somber “Anne Hutchinson” statue at the Statehouse. Dallin's 'Appeal to the Great Spirit' stands outside the Museum of Fine Arts's Huntington Ave. entrance. To commemorate his 150th anniversary, an art expert will give a lecture at the MFA .
