The city has made several municipal parking lots available to residents during snow emergencies. The lots are at the following sites: between Franklin Place and Washington Street; Pond Street behind Casa de Moda and at the American Legion/Spear Post; Railroad Avenue (1886 House); Congress Street and Summit Avenue; Chapman Street and Federal Street (behind Family Dollar); and Court Street.
