MATSU CLOSES ITS DOORS We were sad to hear that the Newbury Street store Matsu will be closing its doors on Oct. 16. The store is now running its final sale, with steep markdowns on remaining clothing and home accessories. Pieces from Majestic, Inhabit, Comme des Garçons, and others were marked down 40 percent when we stopped in. (Store fixtures are being sold as well.)
