Local dogs got into the Halloween spirit Saturday morning as the Esplanade Association hosted the Second Annual Charles River Esplanade Canine Promenade. Dressed as pirates, geishas, superheroes, bumblebees, and more, dogs from across Greater Boston and at least one pig paraded around the park to help raise money for its upkeep and enhancement.
