After working in restaurants around Massachusetts for 30 years, Paul Wahlberg opened up his first place, Alma Nove, in the Hingham Shipyard last year, co-owned with his actor brothers Mark and Donnie and family friend Ed St. Croix. Take a walk across the street, and you’ll find the four men’s newest creation: Wahlburgers, a fast-casual burger and fries place, where Wahlberg is also executive chef. The 47-year-old Dorchester native lives in Hingham with his wife, Debbie, and two children.
