Hub man auctions collection of Titanic accounts

In 1969, Andrew J. Cannata convinced his 11th-grade English teacher at Hingham High School to let him do their big class project on his favorite topic, the sinking of the Titanic. More than 40 years later, that project is literally paying off. Thirty five letters and cards written by Titanic survivors that Cannata began collecting for the paper about what happened on the night of April 15, 1912 will be auctioned off on the 100th anniversary of the disaster.
