Five Guys Burgers has signed a lease to have a location on Summer Street, according to the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Sixteen new retailers have either opened, signed a lease or started construction in the Downtown Crossing, including Salvatore's, Eat Kitchen, Cakeology, Torit Language Center, Back Deck Grill and Fresh Mango Yogurt Shop.
