Dorchester commuters made a strong showing Feb. 2 at a heated public hearing on the MBTA's proposed fare hikes and service cuts.

More than 100 residents turned out at the Dorchester House Multi-Service center to express their over the possible changes.

It was the neighborhood's second public meeting of the day on the issue.
