Woman pleads guilty to perjury

Destiny Gunn’s testimony was key in the prosecution earlier this year of two men charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy. Gunn drove the men to Jamaica Plain the night of Jan. 12, 2007 and picked them up after the shooting, prosecutors say. She watched them point a gun at the head of another witness, prosecutors said. But Gunn never divulged what she saw - until Tuesday, when she pleaded guilty to perjury rather than face trial.
