While going the Saint Patrick’s Day/Evacuation Day parade is always fun, the big question is where to watch to parade? Boston.com headed out to South Boston to check out the best spots to view your favorite floats.

At left: Why not start off at the beginning of the parade at the Broadway MBTA station? Not only do you get to be the first to watch the parade take to the street but if you get there early enough you will be able to watch the marchers get set up and may even have a chance to talk to those lucky enough to march in the parade.
