On ‘Innovation Express,’ ideas go underground
Entrepreneurs gather for event on Red Line
Kelle Sparta could pick out the car she was looking for the moment the Red Line train pulled into Andrew Station yesterday afternoon. “The energy was higher, and people were actually looking at each other,’’ she said. This wasn’t just another subway crowd. The last car on the Red Line train that left the JFK/UMass station was the “Innovation Express,’’ a mobile networking event that was designed to connect entrepreneurs with the Boston and Cambridge start-up communities.
