A 21-year-old woman was killed on Tuesday night in Weymouth after being struck by two vehicles in a hit-and-run incident, and police are trying to identify the driver of the second vehicle, which fled the scene. Weymouth police said yesterday in a statement that officers responded to the area of 915 Washington St. at about 8:25 p.m., where Stephanie Harrington, of Braintree, had been hit by the first vehicle while she was in the southbound lane of the road.
