Machine at South Shore Plaza measures up

The machine, shown at left, — a giant, six-sided box with semi-transparent windows — has been sitting near the CVS at Braintree’s South Shore Plaza since January, but has been operational only since mid-April. The Me-Ality machine — standing for “measured reality” — is also available at the Cape Cod Mall, the Northshore Mall, and Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, yet is fairly new to the region. In fact, the technology has only been around since it was introduced to Philadelphia malls in 2010.
