According to Frazier, for the last three years, half of the building didn't have heat. In other parts of the year, ACs in the building's small windows prevented a lot of light from coming in. With those ACs removed, and new glass installed, light now enters many of the department rooms. Several panes of old glass in the windows still exist, showing the difference between old and new.
