Are Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen getting ready to bolt from Boston? We ask because the couple’s Beacon Street abode is back on the market. The three-bedroom penthouse, which has breathtaking views of the Charles River, can be yours for a mere $10.5 million. (Plus the $73,214 in annual property taxes.) In a sign of the times, the current asking price is down slightly from the $10.9 million Brady and Bundchen were asking a year ago. Listed by Allison Mazer of Sotheby’s Realty, the “impeccably designed’’ 3.5-bath property includes “landscaped roof deck. . ., grand living room with vaulted ceiling and dual fireplaces, sumptuous master suite with marble master bath, state-of-the-art gym, club room, stunning kitchen, 4-car garage, and doorman.’’ The couple has lived at the Beacon Street address since getting married a few years ago, but they’re also building an enormous home in California. Last we heard, construction on that sprawling place was nearly complete.
