Through its annual holiday program, People Helping People is inviting the community to donate gifts for distribution to children from low-income households. As in past years, a Community Wish Tree will be located at the Burlington Mall. Participants select a card from a table that lists the gifts requested for a particular child, then purchase the gifts and leave them under the Wish Tree. The mall has hosted the wish tree since 1985. From tomorrow through Dec. 14, the tree will be on the second floor of the mall between Coach and Ann Taylor. Last year, 188 area children received gifts through the program. In addition to gifts, cash donations are welcome. For more information, go to www.peoplehelpingpeopleinc.org. - John Laidler
